Privacy Policy

Neurosphere Connect ("NSG Connect", "we", "us") is an invite-only rehab network for verified physiotherapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), and speech-language pathologists (SLP) in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It is intended to align with good practice under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework.

Who this applies to

Therapists and applicants who use our website, request an invite, verify credentials, or subscribe. Patients are out of scope for the v1 product surface; patient details that appear in inquiries are handled as professional referral inventory with minimisation and anonymisation where possible.

Data we collect

• Invite / waitlist: full name, mobile number (+91), city, discipline, and optional invite code.
• Social login (coming soon): when Google or Facebook sign-in is enabled, we will receive basic profile details those providers share (such as name, email, and a provider user id), only with your consent at login.
• Verification (when you apply): professional license and government ID documents, practice details, languages, specialties, and catchment pin/radius.
• Account & usage: profile information, inquiry interest, assignment history, mentorship bookings, and community activity needed to operate the network.
• Payments: subscription status and Razorpay-related identifiers. Card/UPI details are processed by Razorpay — we do not store full payment credentials.
• Communications: WhatsApp or email messages you send us (for example invite requests or support).

Why we use your data

• To review invite requests and verify that you are a licensed rehab professional.
• To operate accountable inquiry matching within your practice catchment.
• To process membership billing and mentorship fees.
• To send operational messages (verification status, inquiry alerts, digests).
• To improve safety, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with: ops/admin reviewers for verification and assignment; payment processors (Razorpay); infrastructure providers (for example hosting/database); and authorities when required by law. Anonymised inquiry digests may be shared in the NSG WhatsApp Community for awareness — interest and assignment remain in Connect.

Retention

Invite requests are kept while we evaluate access and for a reasonable follow-up period. Verified account data is retained while your membership is active and for a limited period afterward for disputes, audits, and legal compliance. Verification documents are retained only as long as needed for trust and compliance, then deleted or restricted.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for optional communications, subject to legal and operational limits (for example we may retain records needed to show a past verification decision). Contact us via the WhatsApp or Instagram channels listed on the site, or the email we publish for grievances when available.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and role-restricted admin tools. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated site usage (for example page views and conversion events such as invite requests, sign-in starts, membership checkout, and interest submissions). Google may set cookies or use similar technologies for this purpose. We do not send patient narratives, phone numbers, emails, or verification document contents as analytics event parameters. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; some features of the site may still work without analytics cookies.

Children

The service is for practising adult healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this website.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
