Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to Neurosphere Connect ("NSG Connect"), an invite-only community and referral network for verified physiotherapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), psychologists (PSY), and related practitioners in India. By requesting an invite, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What NSG Connect is (and is not)

• A professional network for accountable patient-inquiry matching, mentorship, and community learning among verified therapists.
• Not a hospital, clinic, or emergency service. We do not provide clinical advice to patients through this site.
• Not a patient marketplace in v1 — patients do not self-serve on the platform.
• We take no cut of patient session fees. Membership is billed separately; mentorship bookings may include a platform fee as disclosed at checkout.

Eligibility & invite-only access

Access requires an invite or approved application, successful verification (including license and government ID), and an active membership where required. Sign-in will use social login (Google and Facebook) when that feature ships; until then, onboarding is via invite request and ops follow-up. We may refuse, delay, or revoke access if credentials cannot be verified, if information is misleading, or if use harms the community.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate professional and contact information.
• Keep patient information minimised and appropriate — no unnecessary personal identifiers in digests, forums, or WhatsApp shares.
• Honour inquiry statuses: express interest honestly; complete or return assignments with a reason when a placement is not workable.
• Set your own clinical rates and practise within your scope and local regulations.
• Do not scrape, spam, harass, or attempt to circumvent verification or matching rules.

Inquiries & matching

Inquiries are treated as managed inventory with owners and statuses. Early assignment may be admin-curated. "First tap does not win." We do not guarantee inquiry volume, fill rates, or clinical outcomes.

WhatsApp bridge

NSG may operate a WhatsApp Business / Community channel for intake and anonymised digests. Matching decisions (interest, assign, return) remain in Connect. Opt-in and opt-out for community messages will be respected where offered.

Fees

Membership list price is ₹599 per month; the current launch price charged at checkout is ₹299 per month via Razorpay (subject to change with notice). You keep 100% of patient session fees you negotiate. Mentorship consult fees are separate and may include a platform component when offered. See Refunds & Cancellation.

Intellectual property

NSG Connect branding, product UI, and our content remain our property. You retain rights to content you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the network.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Clinical care remains solely between therapist and patient. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, NSG Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes arising from care delivered offline. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, failed verification, chargebacks abuse, or safety concerns. You may stop using the service and cancel membership per the refunds policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
